This dynamic group training class is designed to help athletes (7-18) improve their overall athletic performance, no matter their sport.
Through age-appropriate strength training, speed and agility drills, coordination exercises, and injury prevention strategies, participants
will develop a strong foundation of athleticism.
The classes will focus on building explosive power, endurance, flexibility, and confidence – key elements for success in any sport.
Whether your athlete plays soccer, basketball, tennis, baseball, or any other sport, this program enhances physical capabilities and
promotes long-term athletic development. To build not only better athletes, but well rounded individuals as well – on and off the court.
HYROX TRAINING
(All Fitness Levels)
HYROX training is a fitness regimen designed to prepare participants for HYROX races, which combine running and functional workout stations. It focuses on building strength, endurance, and overall fitness through a structured program that includes various exercises and training techniques.

(Adult HYROX) Wed (5:30-6:30pm) or Sat (10-11am)
