SPORTS PERFORMANCE INDIVIDUAL CLASS (ALL SPORTS WELCOME)
INDIVIDUAL CLASS $25
(Must be used within 8 weeks)
This dynamic group training class is designed to help athletes (7-18) improve their overall athletic performance, no matter their sport.
Through age-appropriate strength training, speed and agility drills, coordination exercises, and injury prevention strategies, participants
will develop a strong foundation of athleticism.
The classes will focus on building explosive power, endurance, flexibility, and confidence – key elements for success in any sport.
Whether your athlete plays soccer, basketball, tennis, baseball, or any other sport, this program enhances physical capabilities and
promotes long-term athletic development. To build not only better athletes, but well rounded individuals as well – on and off the court.
CLASSES
(Ages 7-11) Tuesdays or Thursdays (4:30-5:30pm)
(Ages 12 & Up) Tuesdays or Thursdays (5:30-6:30pm)
(Adult Hyrox) Wednesdays (5:30-6:30pm) or Saturdays (10-11am)
