- Please know that all kids develop and progress in their skills differently. We encourage a positive and safe environment to learn. Your gymnast will move levels at their own pace when they have mastered the skills safely and correctly.
- ALL COMMUNICATION FOR OUR RECREATIONAL PROGRAM IS DONE BY USING THE TEAM APP!
2 YEAR OLD/PARENT
This is a 30 minute fun filled co-ed class for children walking until their 3rd birthday. A parent or caregiver participates with the student. Gymnasts will explore the equipment, gain strength and confidence in physical activity and have lots of fun!

3 YEAR OLD
This is a 45 minute co-ed class for 3 year olds without parent participation. The child will learn to follow directions, take turns, and share with other children, while learning basic gymnastics skills. Most of all they will learn that exercise is FUN!

4 AND 5 YEAR OLD
This is a 1 hour co-ed class for 4 and 5 year old gymnasts. They will continue to explore the equipment, learning new skills, gaining strength, flexibility and coordination. Students will also continue to take turns, share with other students and listen to directions. Independent stations will be worked in this age group.

LEVEL 1
This is a Beginner gymnast class for ages 6+. Gymnasts will focus on Bars, Beam and Floor while also working on flexibility, strength and coordination. Basic limbering skills, cartwheels, handstands and developmental basics are taught during this class. Gymnast will develop basic terminology of skills.

LEVEL 2
This is an Intermediate class for gymnasts who have mastered Level 1. In this level we will continue on Bars, Beam and Floor. Instructors continue to build the ‘gymnastics foundation’ by using the correct terminology, and basics previously learned for proper skill progressions. We always encourage proper techniques! Students will move to more advanced limbering skills, round offs, turns, leaps, circling elements on bars. Students will be encouraged to use the high beams to continue perfecting their proper beam basics! New beam skills are introduced as well.

LEVEL 3
This is an advanced class for those that have mastered level 1 & 2. In this level students will work on all 4 events, Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor. Students will start working back handsprings, connection of multiple skills on bars as well as safe, proper techniques of bar & beam dismounts. Students will take their developed floor skills such as handstands, turns, leaps to beam. Gymnasts will begin to work vault drills as well as proper springboard approaches. Flexibility, strength and endurance is worked while having FUN!

At GTC, we realize the importance of providing quality instruction in a fun atmosphere that promotes success through teamwork. Teamwork at GTC involves gymnasts encouraging and supporting each other as they put forth their best effort. That means each team member is essential to achieve our team goals: respect for each other, success in competition (personal best effort), and personal accountability.
